Adriana Degreas' show at the Sao Paulo Fashion Week was sublime sophistication. Inspired in the private pool parties from the '30s, her creations evoked the ambiance of a Hollywood Golden Age era, where eroticism and sophistication were blended in the right doses. Models Eva Herzigova and Shirley Mallmann were perfectly casted and were picture-perfect chic Hollywood divas.

The palette was full of nude, cool pinks and black hues, with diverse fabric applications that tell us this is not just beachwear, but extends to posh party settings. In line with the Great Gatsby feel of the 2011 collection, bustier style tops with marked cups, hot pants and generously cut one-pieces were all seen on Degreas' catwalk.
