Return & Exchange Policy
General
  • We offer exchanges and refunds on returned items for all merchandise within 15 calendar days of our original shipping date.
  • All items returned should have a Return/Exchange Number (REN). See "Procedures" below for how to obtain a REN.
  • NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds are issued on returned item(s) minus shipping and handling fees (refunds issued for purchases with free shipping are deducted $10.00 for shipping and handling fees).
  • No additional shipping or handling charges are incurred by the purchaser on an exchange within the US, limited to one (1) exchange per item ordered.
  • Special offers and promotions are subject to reduction by return/refunds.
  • IMPORTANT: All merchandise must be new and in unused condition. They must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way and must contain all original tags, hygiene liners and packaging in their original condition.
    • Returns missing or with damaged original packaging or that do not include a valid REN are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    • No credit will be issued for items missing tags, liners or that appear to have been used. Purchaser will be responsible for the return shipment and will forfeit all claims.

Procedures

A return and exchange form is enclosed with every shipment. Click here if you would like to print a Return and Exchange form. Follow the procedures below to exchange or return your item(s):
  1. Visit www.plushswimwear.com/ren and complete the requested information to obtain a Return/Exchange Number (REN).
  2. Fill out the blank space at the bottom of the form included in your order with the REN provided.
  3. Enclose the form with your return item(s)
  4. Utilizing your preferred carrier, ship the package to the address below:

    Note: We recommend utilizing an insured, traceable method of shipping to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We cannot be responsible for lost/damaged items for shipments that were not originated by us.
For Exchanges:
  • If the item(s) requested for exchange are no longer available upon receipt of your return, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives.
  • US Exchanges: You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your exchange item. We will ship you the requested exchange item upon inspection of the returned item. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by you for shipment of the new item on an exchange, limited to one (1) exchange per item ordered.
  • International Exchanges: You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your exchange item and an invoice for the international shipping fee for your location will be issued (the confirmation e-mail will include instructions for the payment of the invoice). We will ship you the requested exchange item upon payment of the shipping fee.

For Returns:
  • A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and will exclude any applicable shipping/handling fees. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt and refund date.
  • Please allow at least 10 business days from the confirmation email for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement.
  • International Orders: Plush Swimwear does not collect customs duties or import fees. Please contact your local customs office or a customs broker if you wish to recover duties on returned merchandise.

Important Information:
  • All beachwear items should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the liner has been removed or if items are in a condition that is not new, has been used or is damaged.
  • All items are carefully inspected for quality control before they are shipped to customers.
  • In cases that an item is returned with signs of being worn or if it does not comply with this Return & Exchange Policy, no credit, refund or other type of compensation is due and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • If the return shipping fee is not paid within 10 calendar days of our e-mail notification or is refused by the customer, the item is considered abandoned and will be disposed of at that time. No credit or refund is due beyond that point and customer must forfeit all claims to the item(s).

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
  • If a shipment is refused by a customer, for any reason, the customer will bear responsibility for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Plush Swimwear. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
