We offer refunds and exchanges on returned items for all merchandise (excluding accessories) within 20 calendar days of our original shipping date.
All merchandise returned must have a Return/Exchange Number (REN). See "Return & Exchange Procedures" for how to obtain a REN.
FINAL SALE: All accessories are final sale (final sale items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued on returned item(s) minus shipping fees noted on the invoice (if an order qualifies for free shipping and the total merchandise amount falls below the free shipping minimum due to a return, the original shipping fee listed on the invoice is deducted from the refund).
Returns where $300 or more in merchandise value is returned incur a 15% restocking fee.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
Follow the procedures below to exchange or return your item(s):
Fill out the blank space at the bottom of the form included with your order with the REN provided.
Enclose the complete form with your return item(s).
Utilizing your preferred carrier, ship the package to the following address:

Note: We recommend utilizing an insured, traceable method of shipping to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
A credit will be issued to the credit card used during your purchase as soon as we receive, inspect and approve your return (usually within 1-2 days from receiving your package).
You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt and refund date as soon as the refund is issued.
Please allow at least 10 business days from the confirmation email for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement.
International Orders: Plush Swimwear does not collect customs duties or import fees. Please contact your local customs office or a customs broker if you wish to recover duties on returned merchandise.
We will keep the item you selected for exchange via the Returns/Exchange Number requisition on hold until the last day of the return/exchange period. If the item(s) requested for exchange is no longer available upon receipt of your return for any reason, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives.
US Exchanges: You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your exchange item. We will ship you the requested exchange item upon inspection of the returned item and email you the tracking link to the exchange package. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by you on a single order exchange.
International Exchanges: You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your exchange item and an invoice for the international shipping fee for your location will be issued (the confirmation e-mail will include instructions for the payment of the invoice). We will ship you the requested exchange item as soon as payment of the international shipping fee is received.
At this time, we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you would like to perform an exchange for a different style or color, follow the steps for a return of your current purchase and place a separate order for the new item.
All beachwear items should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip or tags.
To be considered in compliance with our Return Policy, all merchandise returned must be in new and unused condition. They must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way, with all manufacturer's tags and hygiene liners still attached and packaging in their original condition. Items must be free of stains, fragrances and any foreign materials to be accepted for a return or exchange.
Returns that do not include a valid REN are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All items are carefully inspected for quality control before they are shipped to customers. We cannot accept returns for which the item's liner has been removed or if the merchandise is in a condition that is not new, has signs of use or is returned damaged.
In cases that an item is returned with signs of being worn or if it does not comply with this Return & Exchange Policy, no credit, refund or other type of compensation is due and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
If the return shipping fee is not paid within 10 calendar days of our e-mail notification or is refused by the customer, the item is considered abandoned and will be disposed of at that time. No credit or refund is due beyond that point and customer must forfeit all claims to the item(s).

Item(s) should be sent back to us within 20 days of the ship date, with a valid REN. Merchandise received after this timeframe may only be accepted at our discretion. A 20% restocking fee applies for all late returns that are accepted.
If a shipment is refused by a customer on a legitimate order, for any reason, the customer will bear responsibility for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Plush Swimwear. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
