Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim 2011 Designers
by The Splash
This week, what's considered to be the most fab swimwear event in the world will take place in Miami - and we can't hardly wait! For the past six years, top swimwear designers have been displaying their upcoming collections at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week - Swim runways. Kicking off this Thursday, the event will welcome thirteen new designers from various locations. We thought it would be fun to review where each brand is based (see list below - designer's background in parentheses). As expected, the majority are American labels and Latin America is also well-represented. This year Aussies are taking the event by storm, so we will be able to see the best swimwear that our designer friends from Down Under can produce. Stay tuned!
